Neuras - N/a'an ku se Wine and Wildlife Estate的点评
点评：Our experience at Neuras Wine & Wildlife Estate was extremely disappointing.
From the start, the managers of the lodge were super unhelpful and came across as rude, with very poor communication throughout our stay. There was little to no information provided about available activities, which made planning anything unnecessarily frustrating.
The pricing was also shocking. Wine tastings and cheese platters were extremely expensive for what was offered. What was most upsetting, however, was the complete lack of transparency from management — we were suddenly told we would be charged N$850 per person to see six rescue cheetahs in an enclosed camp being fed frozen chicken. This included children under 13, and at no point beforehand was pricing communicated.
The glamping tents are located very far from the restaurant and bar, making access inconvenient, especially at night. To make matters worse, no fires are allowed, so you’re left sitting in the dark at your tent with very little atmosphere or comfort.
The general staff was left to do all the duties with the Managers never to be seen. Even the last evening we had to assist the staff during a rainstorm to help serve us dinner. The general staff of the lodge did their best for us and we thank them sincerly. Rebekka: Billy: Jonathan.
Overall, this was truly a disappointing experience and not worth the time or money. I would not recommend staying here.
