点评:This was my first visit to the NorVa. I was in a wheelchair, and the staff was amazingly kind, helpful, and accommodating! Truly lovely people!! It's a beautiful venue.
Unfortunately, if you're in a wheelchair, you cannot see the stage from the "ADA Area" because it's in the corner of the 2nd floor, behind a large speaker and railing. It's a high railing that went well over my head.
I started to wonder if the staff wasn't so nice because they knew I wasn't going to be able to see the show I had paid hundreds of dollars for.
I can see why this is a popular, highly reputed venue - if you're not physically disabled and in wheelchair. It would've been nice to feel like my experience was as important as an ambulatory guest's.
I've included a picture to show where the ADA Area is (hidden).
