点评：Despite waiting for nearly 20 hours, I was unable to receive even a single moment of darshan of Lord Venkateshwara. The facilities provided by TTD during this extended waiting period were highly unsatisfactory. Unhygienic toilet, drinking water and poor-quality of food was served, with the same meals being repeated for breakfast, lunch, and dinner for all devotees in the waiting hall. Additionally, harsh weather conditions caused significant hardship, especially for small children, elderly devotees, pregnant women, and those suffering from health issues, leaving many feeling helpless and distressed.
There was no proper information provided about why we were made to wait for such a long time. After 10 PM, we were suddenly released for darshan, and within just one hour, all 30 waiting room people were sent for darshan. This raises serious questions—how was this possible? Was it because of VVIP darshans or due to poor management decisions?
