Dear TTD Authorities,
I humbly request your attention to the following issues faced by ordinary devotees during my visit on 27-11-2025 at Tirumala:
1. Very long delay for Sarva Darshan (Free Darshan):
Even though outside crowd was very less and Kalyanakatta, waiting halls were empty, it still took 23 hours for darshan.
2. Priority only to ₹300 Darshan and VIP Darshan:
Ordinary devotees are not given proper movement in the queue. Only ₹300 ticket holders and VIPs are being sent frequently while free darshan devotees are kept waiting for long hours.
3. Incorrect compartment display information:
Outside display showed 32 compartments filled, but inside compartments 1 to 20 were actually empty. It appeared as if compartments were kept free mainly for ₹300 ticket devotees and VIP batches.
4. SSD tokens for walkers not being given properly:
Many devotees climb 3,700 steps, but SSD tokens are issued only at one specific announcing time. Those who arrive at other times, even after completing the steps, are sent back to free darshan without any consideration.
5. Staff charging money at free services:
At several places—luggage storage, mobile storage, footwear counters—staff are demanding money even though these services are officially free.
Request:
Please look into these issues and ensure fair treatment and smoother darshan for all ordinary devotees. Many devotees are facing the same difficulties. Kindly take necessary action.

5. 工作人员在免费服务处收费:
在一些地方——例如行李寄存处、手机寄存处、鞋柜——工作人员会收取费用,尽管这些服务官方上是免费的。
请求:
请调查这些问题,确保所有普通信徒都能得到公平对待,并顺利完成朝拜。许多信徒都面临着同样的困难。请采取必要的措施。
