点评:For the past four years, we have been coming to Kranjska Gora for our winter holiday and have always rented equipment and booked ski school at Intersport Bernik. Everything has worked perfectly – the equipment is high quality, the service is efficient, and the overall experience has always been highly recommendable. We truly appreciate the reliability and professionalism we’ve come to expect.
Unfortunately, this year our visit was marred by the unacceptable behavior of one staff member named Edo. While helping with the children's equipment, he shouted at my children in a very harsh and intimidating manner. I had to intervene and ask him to speak more appropriately. Such conduct is particularly concerning when dealing with young children and families.
Although he later calmed down, the incident left a negative impression and made the process stressful for the kids. Investing in staff training – especially in customer service and working with children – and more careful selection during hiring would certainly help maintain the high standards that regular customers like us have enjoyed for years.
We hope this feedback is taken constructively, as we would very much like to continue choosing Bernik in the future.
