Excellent treatment, whole experience spoiled by allowing children in
The Retreat Leisure Club & Spa at Redworth Hall Hotel的点评
点评：The afternoon bliss spa package at Redworth Hall Hotel started off as a relaxing and peaceful experience. The spa atmosphere was calm, and initially it felt like a lovely way to unwind. However, we were a little disappointed with the cleanliness in some areas, particularly the cushions on the chairs which were visibly stained. It wasn’t what we expected from a spa experience.
What was most disappointing was that children were allowed into the spa facilities. The pool area became very noisy, with children jumping into the pool, being thrown around by parents, and kids using both the jacuzzi and even the sauna and steam room. This took away from the peaceful and relaxing environment we were hoping for as part of a spa day.
That said, the highlight of our visit was definitely the treatment we had booked. It was incredibly relaxing, and the staff were professional, welcoming, and made the experience very enjoyable. The treatment itself was excellent and easily the best part of the stay.
