点评：I went with my husband as a treat getaway following some very sad news. We booked the spring offer which included a 50min treatment each and half a day use of spa facilities, stay over etc. The total was around £330. The massage was lovely and relaxing, prompt timing, and the staff were wonderful. What was not lovely was the spa facilities - the pool was crowded, filled with children screaming and shouting. Not enough loungers by far. Pillows were stained. It looked so tired and run down. We tried to relax, read, chill - it was not possible. We looked at other spa guests (obvious in the robes) and could tell they were all feeling the same thing. Disappointed. Why have children in spas? Or at least limit hours. They screamed the whole time. It was awful. I would not recommend going to anyone, and I would not return, I’m sorry. It is not a spa, it’s a public pool - which you can go to for a lot less money if that’s what you’re after. Chose your audience and cater for them. I’m not against children at all, but when paying for a relaxing spa break (as advertised by the vale) it was far from it and so misleading.
