Don't get locked out of the Spa, and have to walk around the building in a tiny robe, trying to find help

点评：Omg, where do I start, my daughter bought me a half day Spa for me and a friend. We were really looking forward to it.
We went for the afternoon spa with a 2 course lunch, the lunch was nice, there could have been more selection, but we really enjoyed it, when we arrived at the Spa we were given our robes and told to get changed and then go down for lunch, my robe was a bit too small, but they only did one size. We didn't have a clue where to go for lunch, as it was our first time at this Spa, so we had to find the guy and ask where we had to go, he should have told us, the first thing my friend said to me, omg, terrible communication, well we had our massage after lunch, my friend loved hers , mine was crap, I told her I like a bit of pressure, but she seemed to start great but loss interest after 10 minutes, so not great.
We weren't told that the actual Spa closes at 5.00 o'clock, we weren't told any time, my confirmation email stated that it closed at 6 pm. So after trying to find a spare in the pool, between swimming lessons we went back to the spa, to find it all locked up and in total darkness 😱, you can imagine how we felt, we headed downstairs, me in my robe with was too small, trying to find someone to open the Spa, were told to go to the hotel reception, me still in my robe which wouldn't close, finally the person found the keys and opened the door of the spa so we could get dressed and get our bags
This was supposed to be a relaxing day, surely they would have noticed if 2 ladies hadn't come to change, our spa lockers were the only ones still locked.
Our experience of the day was terrible, I will never go back again, staff need to communicate more , especially if it's your first time to use the Spa, they didn't seemed to be bothered and it cost a lot of money, sorry a very low score from me

我们事先并不知道水疗中心下午5点就关门了，也不知道具体时间，我的确认邮件上写的是下午6点关门。所以，在游泳课的间隙，我们好不容易在泳池里找到一个空位，又回到水疗中心，结果发现它全都锁上了，里面一片漆黑😱。你可以想象我们当时的心情，我们只好下楼，我穿着一件太小的浴袍，到处找人帮忙开门，结果被告知要去酒店前台。我当时还穿着那件根本扣不上的浴袍，最后终于有人找到了钥匙，打开了水疗中心的门，我们才得以换好衣服，拿上行李。
这本来应该是轻松愉快的一天，如果不是有两个女士来换衣服，他们肯定会注意到的。而且，只有我们的储物柜还锁着。
今天的体验糟透了，我再也不会去了。员工需要加强沟通，尤其是对于第一次使用水疗中心的顾客，他们似乎漠不关心，而且价格昂贵。很抱歉，我只能给很低的分。
