Wow!!! Just what an experience

点评：We attended the 10:15 karting experience, and from the moment we walked in, we were made to feel welcome and shown exactly where we needed to go.
Our son, Daniel, who is severely autistic and non-verbal, had the time of his life thanks to the incredible staff at this venue.
From the driver’s briefing to helping him choose his helmet, the two younger members of staff on the circuit were absolutely fantastic. They took the time to get down to his level, explain everything in a way he could understand, and, most importantly, treated him just like any other child. He didn’t quite get the brake test right at first, but instead of rushing him, they stopped, explained it clearly, worked with him patiently, and before long he understood and completed it successfully.
Once out on the circuit, we all had an amazing time.
To the staff, these may have seemed like small acts of kindness, but to our son—and to us as a family—they meant the world. Their patience, understanding, and inclusive approach made an experience that Daniel will never forget.
Because of the way they treated him, we’ll definitely be bringing him back regularly. Thank you for giving our son such a wonderful experience.
