Cantacuzino Castle的点评
点评：A magical evening experience with true depth – highly recommended!
We visited Castelul Cantacuzino in the evening after 6:00 PM, and it was the best decision ever. The castle is open until 8:00 PM, and during these last two hours, the atmosphere becomes incredibly peaceful, deeply relaxing, and profoundly beautiful. There were very few people, allowing us to truly connect with the wonderful, calm energy of this historic place and enjoy the breathtaking views of the Bucegi Mountains without the daytime crowds.
A huge thank you to our fantastic tour guide! It is wonderful to know that they offer excellent guided tours in English. She shared so many fascinating historical details with us in perfect English, making the history of the Cantacuzino family truly come alive.
Some people might come here expecting to see a massive, dark "Wednesday" filming set and leave disappointed because the show used a lot of CGI. But if you look closer, you will discover something much better: a place built with immense love and dedication by its original creator, George Grigore Cantacuzino. Even more wonderful is that the current owners are genuinely dedicated to preserving this heritage, saving the surrounding nature, and bringing the castle to life through art and culture rather than just exploiting it. You can truly feel this pure, protective, and respectful energy all around the property.
If you want a peaceful, high-quality, and deeply relaxing cultural experience, definitely visit in the late afternoon or evening. A true gem! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
