Cow excrement scented ice cream tasting and mediocre cheese on a hard dry stale quesadilla that tasted of disdain

点评：First of all, the cheese was a huge disappointment. The fresh cheese was mediocre and the aged cheese literally smelled like excrement. Not a cheesy funk you get from some cheeses. Like the person who cut the cheese had just cleaned cow excrement and didn't wash their hands. The quesadilla lunch they gave us were small, cold, hard stale. I was offended that they served it. It showed disdain, to be honest. Another thing that hinted at disdain was the habanero salsa served that was so hot, a tiny drop burns your tongue for at least ten minutes. This is coming from someone who eats a lot of hot sauce. The fact that they put it on the table was a practical joke. They wanted someone to be crying in pain so they could laugh at us.
The tour was ok, if you are into touring farms. I could have done without it. I was there for cheese and I don't know what awards they were winning for that cheese, but it must've been a participation award. The ice cream flavors I did like, I had violet and honey rosemary, but the ice cream consistency itself left a lot to be desired. Not churned enough. Barely creamy.
The excursion was supposed to be easy, physically. It should have been listed as moderate physical activity. They made you walk back and forth (unnecessarily) past stinky cows, to go to different parts of the tour. Sit in a moldy cheese basement for the first tasting with one small glass of a decent red. Then you take your second tasting up the stairs on a tray with beers in a glass. That was an unnecessary hazard. One disabled woman had to be carried up the stairs. The tour guides did not seem to care. We could have toured the cave and had the whole tasting upstairs in the cafe, instead of all that walking, smelling cow excrement while eating ice cream, up and down stairs.
Overall, it was a ripoff, an insult to cheese lovers, and a hazard to anyone with physical limitations.

这次旅行本应是轻松的体力活动，应该被列为中等强度。他们却让我们（完全没必要地）在散发着臭味的牛群旁来回走动，才能到达不同的参观地点。第一次品尝是在一间发霉的奶酪窖里，只喝了一小杯还算不错的红酒。第二次品尝则是用托盘盛着啤酒，然后端着啤酒杯上楼。这完全没有必要，存在安全隐患。一位残疾女士不得不被人抬上楼。导游似乎毫不在意。我们本来可以参观洞穴，然后在楼上的咖啡馆里完成所有品尝，而不是走来走去，闻着牛粪味，吃着冰淇淋，上下楼梯。
总而言之，这简直是敲诈勒索，是对奶酪爱好者的侮辱，也是对行动不便者的危险。
