点评：Police Bazar is the first iconic area which everyone knows at their first instance. Even we also when started our journey from Guwahati we were not having any clue where to get down. Local co-passengers inside taxi suggested us to get down at Police Bazar where you get all options to stay and spend. That is how we explored Police Bazar. Police Bazaar's name stems from its proximity to the main police headquarters in Shillong.
Attracts visitors with its diverse shopping options, lively atmosphere and a tempting array of local food. Police bazar offers a sensory journey that reflects the essence of Shillong's charm and dynamic vibes.
Police Bazar is a busy place of Shillong. You can find traditional handcrafts to modern fashion and from aromatic street food to decent restaurants. You also find shops like KFC, Domino's Subway as well as Special handicrafts selling shops.
Middle of Police Bazaar is a big round area which always decorates with something special. when we went there it was decorated with big Christmas tree as we reached here on last week of December. Such a beautiful decoration, I have uploaded the pic also with this review for your reference.
Another reason police bazar is a popular destination is its location in Shillong. It is a hill station, surrounded by beautiful hills and Valleys. The market is located in the heart of the city, making it easily accessible for tourists.
This place is overflowing with crowd throughout the day, and is easily accessible from all parts of city by Taxis, buses, and supplementary services.
