点评：We visited Mudbrick expecting a memorable Michelin -starred experience, but unfortunately left quite disappointed, especially at $185 per person.
The service was slow and inattentive. The heating above our table was uncomfortably hot, and we had to get up twice to find staff to turn it off. The stuff we’re talking amongst themselves, to be honest personally was extremely annoyed with it.
The food was underwhelming. There were several cold courses, and the lamb meatball was particularly disappointing in both texture and flavour. The first three courses featured very similar bowls with stones as part of the presentation, with some seaweed added to the third. Ironically, the stones were more memorable than some of the dishes. The main lamb course was also quite bland, with a sauce lacking depth.
We shared our feedback with the manager and were told that they had recently hired many new staff. While we understand staff changes happen, we don’t feel this should affect the experience at this price point.
The setting and views are beautiful, but if you’re visiting specifically for the Michelin-starred dining experience, we’d recommend managing your expectations.
