Spectacular Stargazing Experience
Atacama Desert Stargazing的点评
点评：We had the most incredible and profound experience on this stargazing tour in San Pedro de Atacama. Jorge was incredibly kind and picked us up promptly from our hotel. The stargazing site was around 20 minutes from San Pedro, in a beautiful remote location with virtually no light pollution.
The evening began with a very informative and engaging lecture, after which we spent hours observing the night sky through multiple telescopes. We were lucky enough to see over 30 different celestial objects, and the clarity of the stars was absolutely breathtaking.
We were also pleasantly surprised with a lovely snack and drinks break around a fire, which made the whole experience even more scenic and cosy in the freezing temperatures. The evening finished with hot chocolate and sweets before another round of stargazing. We did the SAT2 option and were then dropped safely back to the hotel.
We 100% recommend this experience, especially for anyone passionate about astronomy or wanting to learn more about the night sky. One important tip — it gets extremely cold, so dress very warmly with hats, scarves, layers, and double socks. They do provide a poncho which definitely helps, but proper winter clothing is essential!
