点评：I am not the type to write reviews, but I felt so compelled to say something that I had to. This is my first review ever.
I honestly don’t understand all of the positive reviews for this spa, they’re very misleading. My wife and I (late 20s) booked an 80-minute couples massage, and both of us walked away saying the exact same thing: this was the worst massage experience we’ve ever had.
The only reason I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1 is because booking was easy, the staff were kind, and the price was reasonable. Beyond that, everything else was disappointing. The beds were uncomfortable, the technique felt careless, and the therapists clearly lacked an understanding of anatomy. The rough, uneven pressure left us with more kinks than we came in with.
We’ve had many massages, both domestically and at resorts, and this was absolutely not it. This didn’t feel like a one-off bad day either — it felt like a lack of skill and training. We left more tense and sore than when we arrived, which is the opposite of what a spa should provide. I cannot recommend this place.
