点评：My husband saw this train ride on YouTube and we decided if we were anywhere close we would do it! We were close so we did take the train ride! At first, we were disappointed because the Old 488 Steam Engine was having mechanical difficulties so the train engine that we had was a 1950 Diesel Electric... however at the half-way point where we had lunch, the old 488 was brought out and hooked to our train! We were amazed at the beauty of the old engine, the splendor of the steam and oh yes, that loud and haunting train whistle... wonderful! To have had two train engines one from 1890 and the other 1950 gave us the added benefit of realizing the differences made in train technology from a 60 year span! Wow! How impressive! We enjoyed it very much! We sat in the Parlor Car and were entertained by our Car Server where we enjoyed bottomless non-alcoholic drinks and snacks! Wonderful experience! We met some of the nicest fellow train riders and by the time we disembarked our journey we had new friends! Staff were very courteous and professional! We highly recommend this excursion!!
