点评：We visited Winery Stilianou during our time in Crete, and it turned out to be one of the absolute highlights of our trip. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed like friends rather than guests, which made the whole experience feel incredibly personal and special.
The setting itself is beautiful – peacefully located in the hills, with a stunning view that perfectly matches the relaxed atmosphere of this small, family-run winery.
What really stood out was the authenticity. This is not a commercial, polished wine tourism spot, but a genuine family operation where you can truly feel the passion behind every detail. The explanations about the wines and the production process were both informative and engaging, without ever feeling too formal.
Of course, the wines themselves were excellent – full of character and clearly crafted with great care. Paired with delicious local products like olive cheese and homemade specialties, the tasting felt generous and thoughtfully curated.
All in all, this was much more than just a wine tasting – it was a warm, authentic experience that we would highly recommend to anyone looking for something truly special on Crete.
