Very bad experience , and total disappointment.

点评：Very bad experience.The zoo is badly kept in terms of keeping the open spaces clean and green.Looking at the animals , I felt they were inadequately fed and the places they were kept was not properly cleaned or maintained.
The area is big, though not well kept inspite of ample staff.
The admin staff are not doing justice to their jobs especially the Lion safari staffs, drivers took couple of hours to finish lunch while the people waited with children and elderly. There is no set times for these safari trips.
The lady security staff at the Lion safari did a poor management of the people boarding the bus. People started jumping queues when boarding the bus and she just watched looking not interested.When asked about it, she argued saying how does it matter showing negligence in her job.
The staff at the entrance did not return money for the plastic water bottle when exiting the zoo , saying it is full.When pointed that we were exiting the zoo and not entering, she did not return the money arguing they need the plastic bottles.It seems they are running a commission based business with the recycle company hinting an involvement of higher ups in their actions.
The trip in all was a total disappointment and I felt my money and time was a waste.
I would strongly recommend my friends and family not to visit the zoo and encourage such callousness, negligent and non committal behavior and poor management from the administration higher ups and staffs alike.
