Bannatyne Health Club & Spa - Tamworth的点评
点评：We had a lovely spa day overall and would definitely return.
The facilities were clean, relaxing, and the staff were all friendly and welcoming. We had booked the dual treatment room and had also requested to swap the foot massage for a different treatment. Unfortunately, no notes had been left on the system, meaning the dual room wasn't available when we arrived. However, the therapists were absolutely wonderful and resolved the issue straight away, happily swapping our foot massage for a facial without any hesitation. Unfortunately myself and my partner had to go in separate rooms, but nevermind. The treatments themselves were fantastic, and the staff really made the experience special.
The only slight disappointment was that the swimming pool was largely occupied between 11am and 12pm due to a water aerobics session, with around three-quarters of the pool unavailable. We had hoped for a relaxing swim, but instead spent most of that time in the jacuzzi or sitting poolside listening to the upbeat class music. The “fast lane” swimming sign was also up for the fast swimmers so you felt incredibly under pressure to swim at a certain pace. However, one the sessions had finished, though, the pool was much quieter and very pleasant to use.
The changing facilities could perhaps benefit from additional changing rooms, as there are only two available and some guests may feel uncomfortable changing in front of others. It took me around an hour, to shower, wait for a changing room and blow my hair.
Despite these minor issues, we had a thoroughly enjoyable and relaxing day. The excellent customer service and lovely treatments more than made up for any inconveniences, and we would happily visit again in the future.

更衣室或许可以增加一些，因为只有两个，有些客人可能会觉得在别人面前换衣服不太自在。我花了大约一个小时才洗完澡、等更衣室、吹干头发。
尽管有这些小问题，我们还是度过了非常愉快轻松的一天。优质的客户服务和舒适的护理弥补了这些不便，我们以后还会再来的。
