点评：Very disappointing. I had a Birthday voucher . I have done lots of spa days previously but not with your company. As it is local I popped in to make sure we were ready to go and told we were. However when we got there had to fill a health form in. We had time for a swim but pool was cold tiles around the pool were dirty and changing room was tired. We were not informed as to were to go for massage (luckily we can read) but we waited in the relaxation room which was nice but no clock and as not been informed if we would be collected for treatment did not feel relaxed as felt had to keep going to reception in spa this could have been avoided if at reception they gave clear instructions. It felt like the receptionists wanted to get uses away quickly and chat to her colleagues. The positive is the masure was amazing apologetic for running late . This negative review would have been positive if the receptionists had given us a proper induction. I was looking at joining as a member but I feel the price is not worth the facilities and I have now joined a local Gym with all the facilities for a lot less money
翻译：非常失望。我用的是生日券。我以前去过很多次水疗中心，但没去过你们公司。因为离家近，我顺道去确认一下是否准备妥当，当时工作人员说一切就绪。然而，到了之后却被要求填写健康表格。我们有时间游泳，但泳池很冷，周围的瓷砖也很脏，更衣室也很破旧。我们没有被告知按摩的地点（幸好我们识字），只能在休息室等候，休息室环境不错，但是没有时钟。由于没有告知是否会有人来接我们做护理，我们感觉很不放松，因为不得不反复去前台询问。如果前台能给出清晰的指示，这种情况是可以避免的。感觉前台只想赶紧打发我们走，好跟同事聊天。唯一值得称赞的是按摩师很棒，她也为迟到表示歉意。如果前台能给我们一个完整的介绍，这篇差评本来可以变成好评。我本来想办会员卡，但感觉价格和设施不成正比，现在我加入了一家本地健身房，设施齐全，价格却便宜得多。
