The warm and friendly chef Giorgi personally came over to explain the menu and suggested the best local dishes for me, especially since I was traveling alone.
Everything about the setting and service was a massive contrast to how I was treated just five minutes earlier at Okro’s. I happily cleaned my plate of bean stew, mushrooms, fresh bread, and enjoyed amazing amber wine while watching fireworks on a rainy day in Signagi. What a perfect way to spend a day!
