Carya Golf Club的点评
点评：Ditto the last review about groups of 6. We also were a group of 6 playing 1 round of day golf, then returning again for 1 round of ‘Night Golf’. We politely asked in the pro shop if we could be facilitated and play together, but the guy was very dismissive stating that they had been able to ‘sell the flights’ and there was no way we could be accommodated as 3’s. We even asked if we delayed our tee time would it be possible, but we were told ‘no chance’ as the bookings were all full. We teed off as a 2 with 2 random people and a 4. As we completed the 1st hole, I took the following photo of the 1st tee. As you can see, nobody directly behind us at all!!! So in fact, they very easily could have allowed it.
Greens were very poor with so many pitch marks and this made them bumpy and so difficult to hit a ‘true’ putt.
We got the feeling, as we’d paid in advance, they couldn’t care less whether we had a pleasant experience or not. Shop poorly stocked with massively over-priced stock. (€810 euros for a ‘non-Carya’ jacket).
Have played iconic golf courses across many countries, this is NOT one of them to be added to that category. They take your substantial green fees, then are simply dismissive when you make reasonable requests and are clearly prepared to lie about the amount of bookings on the course to reinforce their argument.
Would return to Belek, bit NOT TO CARYA, far more welcoming and far superior courses in the area. DO NOT BE SUCKED IN BY THE CARYA NAME. That’s all it is, a name.
