We had the most fantastic experience at Snowzone Castleford. From the moment we arrived, the team were welcoming, supportive and incredibly accommodating for my sons, who both have additional needs. Nothing was too much trouble, and we felt completely at ease.
A huge shout out to Ed – he was absolutely fabulous. He adapted his approach brilliantly to meet the boys’ individual needs, ensuring they felt confident, safe and most importantly had fun. His patience and understanding made such a difference to their experience.
I also want to say a massive thank you to Sarah. She was amazing with me, helped me overcome my nerves and made sure I genuinely enjoyed my time on the slope. Her encouragement and calm approach meant so much.
It was a brilliant day all round and we can’t wait to return. Thank you Snowzone Castleford for such a positive and inclusive experience.
