点评:my experience at this place was downright discrimination. i am 16, and clearly so, the age rating of said film was 15. initially, we were accepted into the film room, yet, our tickets were messed up and we had to have them changed. upon this realisation, we went back to the counter and were asked for ID — which we had no access to as we are 16 year olds and dont have money to pay for new IDs. the only IDs we have are birth certificates and passports, of which we dont carry around… because who does? we were denied entry to the film which we PAID to see, and they were NOT cheap!! this has happened one too many times to various teenagers of my age, and instead of making teenagers phone their parents for photos of ID, maybe take some initiative and look at the customers you’ve been attending to, especially when they’ve already paid. awful experience. also they dont accept birth certificates… why is that?
