Great for Little Kids!
Phillips Park Zoo的点评
点评：We had a great little afternoon at Phillips Park Zoo! The actual park is quite big, so if you're driving, follow signs for the Stover Visitor Center so you can get a spot right out front. When you walk up you'll see the sunken garden to the left, splash pad to the right, and then following the path under the gate you'll arrive at the zoo!
There are a few cute "photo opp" moments if you're going with the fam! We took a picture of the kids on the giant Adirondack chair, in front of the eagle wings, and had them put their head in the wolf cut outs. The kids loved the reptile house, and the adults loved the giant bald eagle & highland cows. (the zoo is focused on native animals)
We probably spent 35 minutes to see the entire zoo. It's quite small, but for our toddler, it was the perfect day! Finished it off at the splash pad after checking out the giant mastodon skulls & tusks on display.
We didn't get the chance to go to any of the playgrounds, but we noticed 2 different ones that looked great for the kids!
