点评：One of the most beautiful parks in Romania! Nicolae Romanescu Park is a perfect mix of nature, history, and relaxation. The park is huge, with peaceful walking paths, lakes, charming bridges, and plenty of shaded areas to sit and enjoy the atmosphere. The suspension bridge and the “Enchanted Castle” are especially beautiful and give the park a fairytale vibe.
I was impressed by how clean and well-maintained everything was. It’s ideal for families, couples, or anyone looking for a quiet escape from the city. You can rent boats on the lake, visit the small zoo, or simply enjoy a relaxing walk surrounded by old trees and beautiful scenery.
The park has an interesting history too — it was designed by French architect Édouard Redont, and its design even won a gold medal at the Paris World Fair in 1900. You can really feel the elegance and unique style throughout the park.
Definitely a must-visit if you are in Craiova. I would happily return!
