点评：The worst experience i have ever had. We had just arrived (Sunday 28th June at approximately between 10am - 10.30am) and pulled into the car park when we witnessed something that completely shocked us. A member of staff, easily identifiable by their orange shorts and black top with "Staff" written on it, was making repeated rude and offensive hand gestures towards a driver who was simply trying to navigate out of a very tight parking space.
The behaviour was completely unnecessary, unprofessional, and unacceptable. My child, who had come for a kids' golf taster session, also witnessed this and even asked about the gesture, thinking the staff member was pretending to rub a horn on their head. As a parent, it's disappointing to have to explain inappropriate behaviour that children should never be exposed to, especially from someone whose representing a venue that works with young kids.
This was our first visit, and unfortunately it will also be our last. If someone is comfortable behaving like this in full view of the public and children, it raises serious concerns about the standards and professionalism of the establishment. Staff who interact with families and children should set a positive example, not display aggressive or insulting behaviour.
I left feeling genuinely disappointed and shocked. We were so put off by what we witnessed that we didn't even go into the establishment for our child's golf taster session and left immediately. That first impression alone was enough for us to decide we would not be returning. I hope management takes this matter seriously and reminds staff that they represent their business at all times, including in the car park.
