An interesting museum spoilt by one member of the staff.

点评：The museum itself is excellent, with plenty of fascinating and interesting memorabilia. Unfortunately, our visit was marred by the very loud American woman who greeted us at reception.
She proceeded to speak to us at considerable volume, giving us a great deal of information about where to go and what to do. While the information itself may have been useful, the manner in which it was delivered was overwhelming and, frankly, difficult to take in.
More importantly, her voice could be heard throughout the entire museum during our visit. This significantly detracted from what we had hoped would be a quiet and reflective experience, particularly as we were there to remember and pay our respects to those who fought in the wars.
It is a wonderful museum, but a quieter and more considerate approach at reception would have made our visit much more enjoyable and appropriate to the setting.
