点评：Our DR Morioka hotel is just a stone throw away from this famed bridge of the City, a significant landmark in Morioka.
It spans east side of Morioka Station and crossed over the Kitakami River, the white-coloured bridge serves as a vital connection between the JR station and the rest of the city.
The Bridge also literally “Good Fortune Bridge” and is an important bridge that has witnessed the history and successful development of Morioka City.
We walked across the bridge and also alongside the riverbank in the short 1-day stay here, indeed can see the breathtaking view of Kitakami River and Mt. Iwate in the distance on clear good weather. Along the river side there are beautiful shops and cafes for ppe to take breaks and bask under the warm sun (fairer weather days) too.. making it an iconic spot for photos for all seasons!
