点评：So today I was having a lovely day at the beach with my grandchildren when I decided to treat them to a ride on the caterpillar roller coaster at the Barry island promenade fun park. I gave them to the tokens which were EXTREMELY overpriced (£1.20 per token and you cannot go on a ride for 1 token!!) and they all went to queue up but there was no ride operator there. We asked a member of staff and they said the operator would be back in 10 minutes. We said it was fine and we were willing to wait only 10 minutes. 45 minutes later there was still no ride operator. We all decided to go on a different ride. We went back to see the roller coaster was now working. We decided to ask if we could go on the ride for the 6 token we had left and the operator said "NO. It's 3 token per child and that is only enough for 2!" I calmly explained that we had been waiting for her for nearly an hour and that my grandchildren are very disappointed. She said "IM THE OWNER AND I WAS ONLY GONE FOR 10 MINUTES TO GET A WAFFLE!" I explained again that she was gone for 45 minutes and the only place that sold waffles was Kaspers and it was a sunday so it was closed. She started shouting and practically forcing me to choose to either go and buy more tokens or leave. I decided to leave and my grandchildren were very upset.
