点评:I agree with the majority of reviews here. We were keen to know something of Kidderminster and its history on a short stopover. Knowing of the town's connection with carpet-making, this was an obvious place to visit, but what we didn't expect was to learn so much about the town in general, not just its connection with carpet making. There is SO much to see and do here, to captivate all ages (we had a grumpy 13yo who enjoyed trying his hand at the wooden skittles, and then we competed to see who could complete the pattern puzzles fastest), I really applaud the team behind the museum for making it such a fascinating, captivating place for everyone. We were there for 4 hours!
Not only this, on the day we visited there was an artisan/craft market taking place so entrance happened to be free that day. So call ahead to make sure as it wasn't listed on the website when I made our booking. Also - if you're making a day of it and on a budget ... pop to the Morrisons, pick up your lunch and walk to Brinton Park.
