Very Poor Experience – Unclean and Unfriendly

点评：My visit to Treetops Sporting Ground was extremely disappointing and not at all what I expected. The location may look nice in photos, but the reality was very different.
To start with, the place was dirty and poorly maintained. The facilities looked like they hadn’t been cleaned properly in a long time. The seating areas, equipment and general surroundings felt unkept, which really took away from the experience and didn’t make it feel like a professional or safe environment.
The customer service was just as bad. The people I dealt with were unfriendly, unhelpful and had a very unpleasant attitude. Rather than being welcoming or supportive, they acted like customers were an inconvenience. There was no effort to make the experience enjoyable, and their attitude completely ruined the visit. When you’re paying for an activity, the least you expect is basic manners and professionalism.
Overall, I left feeling very let down. I wouldn’t return, and I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place to others unless they make serious improvements to cleanliness, staff training, and customer care.
