The Spa at Muckross Park Hotel的点评
点评：A group of us arrived at approx 1pm and just wanted soup for lunch. We were put sitting out the back, luckily it was not raining. The manner of the gentleman who took the order was very abrupt. A number of the soups when they arrived were cold and had to be returned which was the large chowder and cost €18.50 (not cheap) and contained about four pieces of fish. I left the group early and my husband paid the bill, but was then told that a lady had left and he hadn't paid and had to return to the restaurant to tell them a number of times that he had paid. When I was leaving I asked a young gentleman in reception how to get to the car park, as we came into the building the long way round, and he was not pleasant. Overall experience was very poor and would not recommend this hotel, which is a pity as the hotel itself seems lovely.
