Highly Recommend this Immersive and Educational Experience
Catskill Animal Sanctuary的点评
点评：We signed up for the 90 minute tour and it was well worth it. First, our tour guide Alison was amazing. Very knowledgeable about all the animals, their backstory, their personalities, and how to approach. We threw a lot of questions at her and she answered them all. We learned so much!
Second, it was wonderful to have such an immersive and up close experience with these beautiful creatures. It's a sanctuary so you know going in that most of the residents had a tough life prior to ending up here but it's still important to hear their stories. The fact that some of these animals still trust humans just shows their resiliency. I also appreciated that a lot of thought goes into what animals reside with each other and why.
Highly recommend boots for the cow pasture but I still came out unscathed even though I wore sneakers. :-)
Overall this was an amazing experience. Well worth a visit. Ask for Alison!
