The Most Wonderful Spa Day – Treated Like Royalty!

点评：I decided to treat my mum to a spa day for her birthday, and we honestly had the best day ever! We booked a package that included treatments and afternoon tea, and from the moment we arrived, we were treated like royalty.
Ester on the front desk, who handled our reservation, was absolutely amazing – so warm, welcoming, and helpful from start to finish.
I had a back, shoulder and neck massage with the lovely Ken, and he was incredible – true magic hands! My mum had a facial with a blonde therapist (she couldn’t remember her name, sorry!) and said it was the best facial she’s ever had. She even treated herself to some of the products afterwards because she loved them so much.
We spent the rest of the afternoon relaxing in the steam and sauna rooms, and then finished off a perfect day with a delicious afternoon tea.
Thank you so much to all the staff for making the whole experience so special. Everything was spotless, relaxing, and perfectly organised. We left feeling completely refreshed and pampered. Highly recommend and can’t wait to return!
