点评：We booked on the upstairs downstairs tour which was really interesting. The women who guided us on the tour were really informative, interesting and kept our attention with humour and anecdotes.
It was very exciting for us to see all the restoration in progress. Everything they have achieved so far and the huge amount still to complete. We loved seeing parts of the house that would be off limits as they are not restored yet.
With the tour ticket you get to look round the remainder of the house and gardens.
The butlers pantry cafe was good value; a large, beautifully cooked jacket potato with prawns did the trick for me and we later enjoyed a beverage in the upstairs library tearoom (I loved it & would return just to sit in there).
We would like to return in a few years to see the improvements that they have planned.
