Very disappointing and disrespectful experience
Weber's Cider Mill Farm的点评
点评：I visited today Weber’s Farm with my young son, hoping to enjoy the Burrell train ride. While we were quietly waiting, a dark-haired woman suddenly started shouting at me, demanding that I give up my seat so she could sit with her daughter. To my surprise, instead of handling the situation professionally, the train operator himself came over and asked me to move as well.
This was extremely disrespectful and humiliating. As a paying customer, I expected fair treatment and basic courtesy, not to be singled out and pressured in front of my child. Such behavior from staff is unacceptable and completely ruined our visit.
Families come here to relax and make memories, but we left upset and uncomfortable. I talked to the manager and I sincerely hope the management takes this issue seriously and trains their staff to treat all visitors with respect.
