点评:This is a small but interesting museum. It goes through the history of boat building and technology in the area and has quite a few models and small boats throughout. I enjoyed seeing all the old outboard motors and aboriginal display for cedar canoes. The admission is $5 per person and you can even build your own small model boat - this is an activity for children but my wife thoroughly enjoyed it. The building is small but it is connected to a fairly long pier that has displays in the buildings on the pier and quite a few vessels lining the pier that you can check out.
Cowichan Bay is a beautiful area and we stopped here briefly while driving between Nanaimo and Victoria. There is limited parking by the museum but we felt it is worth walking around the area with many small and charming restaurants and shops throughout.

考伊钦湾是个风景优美的地方。我们在从纳奈莫前往维多利亚的途中在此稍作停留。博物馆附近的停车空间有限,但我们觉得值得沿着周边走走——那里有许多小巧而迷人的餐馆和商店。
