The Shard great, bar staff not so.

点评：The Shard itself was amazing, the views were out of this world. We were greeted with excellent friendly staff until we got to the 72nd floor and the bar area. The lady behind the bar who was serving (8th August) had a really poor attitude. She did not want to be there. Was throwing bottle tops around, looked angry and frustrated and when she finally made eye contact to serve my Fiance she said in a flippant way 'are you waiting" she lacked customer service skills and was extremely rude. Hence the 3 stars. It wouldve been 5 stars but this person put a whole downer on the experience. I purchased this as a gift for my other half and we chose this particular weekend because on Monday I get my cancer results to see if my recent chemotherapy has worked. And its put a dampener on the weekend away.
