Disrespectful and aggressive Staff

点评：We visited as a group of four women and arrived around 11:45, when the foam party pool was still quiet. We ordered drinks, were given general information, and chose a front table. At no point were we told it was reserved, and there was no sign indicating that it was.
Around 2:30 pm, once the foam party pool became busy, staff suddenly demanded that we move. When we questioned why, one staff member started shouting at us, grabbed our belongings and aggressively slammed a bottle onto our table. It was intimidating, disrespectful, and completely unacceptable.
Whether we were treated this way because we were a group of women, we can't say for certain, but that's certainly how it felt in the moment. No customer should be made to feel threatened simply for asking a reasonable question. The beach is beautiful, but the behaviour of the staff completely ruined the experience.
