Lovely trip with an experienced Captain

点评：From the beginning of our trip, it was clear that Captain Panos is a very experienced and knowledgeable sailor. He showed us around coves and caves that few other boats in the area visited, and he knew exactly where to anchor to give us the closest access to the most optimal swimming and snorkelling spots.
Our trip fell on an almost windless day, which I first thought could be disappointing because we didn't put up the sails, but it turned out that the calmer sea meant we could have a more relaxing day on the water.
When we stopped for lunch at Ano Koufonisi, Captain Panos recommended a great seafood restaurant where we had one of the best meals of our whole trip to Greece.
We were unfortunately a little delayed in our arrival to the boat due to some scheduling issues with the bus company, but Captain Panos made up for the lost time at the end of the day, where we stayed on the boat later than scheduled and watched the sunset from the deck, eating cookies and drinking rakomelo and local Greek wine. A wonderful ending to a perfect day on the water.
