点评：My boys were booked onto the Aquaventure with another family for 1 hour. I came along to watch. On arrival told that to would have to pay £18:50 to bring my car in for an hour (no idea how anyone can attend without a car). I parked outside the venue to avoid this insane charge (it is listed as from £10 on the website). As I then walked back in I was stopped by the team to be told I now had to pay £5.50 to walk in. I clearly wasn't there to use any of the facilities purely to watch and they knew this as had literally just had that conversation. I queried this as was told "oh it's only a fiver or something". Clearly your staff are paid huge financial sums if this is such an insignificant amount. I queried it again (on the website it says pedestrian access from £3.50 - but presumably to use the beach etc.) I reluctantly paid, was then told I had to give my email, phone number, sign 6 insurance waivers etc etc. None of which were relevant but the chap on the gate was defending this need as if the world was about to end. When I made it to the viewing area - there were some plastic chairs with a side view of the inflatables and mainly of some reeds. This is extreme price-gouging. What a total dump of a business model and crap product.
