Watergate Aqua Adventure Park的点评
点评：Our experience was extremely disappointing. We paid a significant amount expecting to spend a fun and relaxing day with our family, but instead we felt like we were in school, constantly being told what not to do.
The staff were rude, especially when dealing with children. Instead of speaking to kids with patience and kindness, many employees were abrupt and seemed poorly trained in how to communicate with families. Safety rules are important, but there is a respectful and friendly way to enforce them.
The atmosphere was filled with restrictions rather than enjoyment, which took away from the whole experience. For the price we paid, we expected professional, welcoming staff who would help create a positive environment not make guests feel uncomfortable.
I hope the management invests in better customer service training, especially on how to interact with children and families, because the facilities alone are not enough to make people want to return.
