Unsafe Pace, No Guidance, and an Early Finish in Harsh Arctic Conditions

点评：This was a deeply disappointing and unsafe experience.
The tour was advertised as running from 17:00 to 21:00, but it ended before 20:00, with no explanation or compensation.
Weather conditions were extremely harsh — strong wind and heavy snow — yet the guide walked at an unreasonably fast pace, showing no concern for participants’ physical condition. As a result, both my friend and I experienced sudden dizziness and hypoglycemia, and I personally slipped and hit my forehead during the hike.
The tour description stated that the guide would introduce the surroundings and provide explanations during the hike, but there was no explanation at all. Even at the summit, we stayed only briefly before being rushed down.
The guide appeared distracted and in a hurry, which gave the strong impression that the tour was treated as a task to be finished as quickly as possible rather than a guided experience focused on safety and learning.
Given the shortened duration, lack of guiding, and serious safety concerns, this tour was not worth the price and fell far below acceptable professional standards. I would not recommend this experience, especially in winter conditions.
