点评：I would give zero stars if it was an option. This weekend (Nov 8, 2025), my friend and I went to the winery. First, I stood at the bar while no one even acknowledged we were there (there were 4 people behind the bar, one even looked up at me and said nothing). When someone finally said hello, they gave us a small table, and the server came over - her first words were "it's my 6th day". The place was not bus,y and I was more than happy to give her some leeway. When I asked which wines were white (my friend is allergic to red wine tannins), she couldn't tell me. After we had placed our order for a 10-glass tasting and some food items, we waited, and waited, and waited. I even went up to the front and bought snacks because it was taking so long. I watched our server serve the same table over and over. We finally got our food (no wine) and waited ... I finally went to the bar to check on our wine order - it was AN HOUR LATER!!!! No one seemed to mind that we had been waiting for wine—when they finally brought our order, the wine was terrible. It was so flat and all the reds (for me) tasted the same - even the Merlot was sweetish and light. When I went to pay our bill, the server literally said to me "how was everything except the service?" Again, there were 4 people serving and there are only about 8 tables in the whole place. Not one person acknowledged how awful the service was, or even apologized, when I asked for our wine! The entire experience was terrible. I wouldn't waste the money or the time again. Go down the street to William Heritage and get some good wine and service.

翻译：如果可以的话，我真想给零星。这个周末（2025年11月8日），我和朋友去了这家酒庄。一开始，我站在吧台边，竟然没人理睬我们（吧台后面有四个人，其中一个抬头看了我一眼，也没说话）。好不容易有人跟我打招呼，给我们安排了一张小桌子，服务员过来后，第一句话竟然是“这是我上班的第六天”。当时酒庄并不忙，所以我很乐意给她一些时间。当我问她哪些是白葡萄酒（我朋友对红葡萄酒的单宁过敏）时，她竟然答不上来。我们点了十杯葡萄酒的品鉴套餐和一些食物后，就开始漫长的等待。因为实在太慢了，我甚至去前面买了些零食。我眼睁睁地看着我们的服务员一遍又一遍地服务同一桌客人。我们终于等到了菜（没有酒），然后就开始等……最后我去吧台问酒什么时候上——竟然过了一个小时！！！没人觉得我们等酒很烦——等酒终于上来的时候，味道糟透了。酒味寡淡，所有红葡萄酒（对我来说）都一个味儿——就连梅洛都甜腻腻的，口感很淡。结账的时候，服务员居然问我：“除了服务，其他都还好吗？” 当时只有四个服务员，整个餐厅也就八桌左右。我问酒的时候，竟然没有一个人承认服务有多差，甚至连句道歉都没有！整个用餐体验糟透了。我以后再也不会浪费时间和金钱去这家餐厅了。去街对面的William Heritage餐厅，享受一下好酒和优质服务吧。
