点评:The day started out with meeting Goran at the Green Market in Pula. Goran is so friendly and has a lovely way with the vendors.
Then, my husband and I drove to the private villa in a country setting where we prepared and ate the delicious antipasto and sampled local wines. Then it was time to build the fire for the Peca, which consisted of veal, potatoes and vegetables. We have been to many cooking classes, but this was in a class of its own. The Peca was unbelievably tender and delectable. Of course, we drank local wines, which we learned a lot about as well from Goran
The day flew by because Goran is such a delightful and knowledgeable host. We talked, listened to music, laughed, and ate and drank hardily. What an unforgettable day. I have already put into practice some of the cooking tips that Goran shared with us.
