点评:This a good museum to visit, some exhibitions which I found humorous and opening of my perceptions. The museum is built across two floors and whilst not very big houses 3 exhibition areas. One was devoted to various art pieces from those effected by the COVID-19 pandemic (this is quite humorous), with the other space on the ground floor being on prejudices, and finally the 2nd floor encouraging ideas of what Oslo might look like in the future.
Its modernist in its approach, and is very art focused, several pieces of different art works and prevalent throughout each section, and this is where it becomes entirely open to interpretation, to such a degree I wasn't sure what I was actually taking away. The exhibition on Prejudices however I thought was well done with a social experiment recording playing which could be watched and the area also housed closed rooms, where people could privately view different prejudices based on race, gender, sexual orientation etc. It gives an insight into what can be harmful, and is it possible to change these. I took the most away from this museum here.
There is a larger interactive area for children upstairs with the what Oslo might look like in the future, where they can draw, play with soft toys to make images of what they think which is quite good. There is no shop. Given its small size I didn't spend anymore than hour here, although the entrance fee of 60 NOK is reasonable for this, and if you have the Oslo pass, entrance is free.
