Extremely rude staff.
Hergest Croft Gardens的点评
点评：The tea room staff are extremely rude and not helpful at all.
We came to the gardens plant fair and enjoyed the gardens. We decided to go to the tea rooms for some lunch. The entry cost was already £9.50 just to enter!
There was no table service, which isn't a problem normally but then when we returned to out table with our food to find the bread roll mouldy we were shocked. Took it back to change for a new one and the member of staff on the till accused us of taking our own role "thats not one we have". She eventually changed the roll. We also asked for a different spoon to eat the soup as the one given was a flat wooden spoon, only to be told they werent using their normal cutlery, and if we wanted a normal spoon, we would have to come back another day.
Extremely disappointed with the service, and will not be returning!
