点评：We did this with our Alsace Pass. Took the 1 hour tour (lasted just over an hour). They gave us helmets with lights on and for us English speakers a handheld audio guide. It was a cool mine with lots of history (I mainly got from reading beforehand) and a lovely coffee and gift shop, good parking etc, but I felt a little cheated. The audio guide had very little to say there was very little storytelling, and as it wasnt done by a human guide, the bits they mentioned I couldn't see what they were referring to sometimes. I tried to ask the French guide a couple of questions but he ignored me both times. The French guide had lots to say to the group so there was a lot of waiting feeling cold and disappointed as the short audio guide had said its bit. Also the audio guide used a lot of technical language which went over my head at times, so my 5 and 8 year olds certainly didnt get much from it. Shame really as I suspect there were some good stories to be told.
