Excellent customer service for disabled customer
Bygone Times的点评
点评：We have visited Bygone Times on many occasions and have always been impressed by the competitive prices and interesting and unique things for sale.
I am a wheelchair user and from an accessibility point of view, the aisles are wide and the stock easy to get to. While over several floors, there is a lift and also a sloping walkway which again is wide and an accessible gradient.
It was while we were on our last visit that I unfortunately fell out of my wheelchair. I am paralysed on my left hand side, so it is very difficult for me to manoeuvre sit up. Within seeming seconds of being on the floor, two members of staff had arrived. Jackie and Andy were absolutely lovely very reassuring and making me feel comfortable as I was frightened, and very embarrassed .
Andy and my husband lifted me back into my chair with no fuss and just kindness and compassion. Jackie made me feel so much better and put me at my ease.
I wanted to leave this review, as I really appreciated the help and kindness of Jackie and Andy, and all the members of staff when we reached the till. Thank you again and we will be back to visit soon.
